Getting started

Works from day one, without integration.

Store teams can start communicating, and customers can call for help from the customer call points, with no connection to your systems and no changes to your network.

Built-in 4G SIM

Every cWatch device has its own mobile connection, so it works as soon as it is switched on.

Store WiFi when available

Devices switch to the in-store WiFi automatically when it is available.

No changes to your network

Nothing to install on your servers and no access to your systems needed to run a pilot.

Integrations

Optional integrations.

Integrations are optional and configured by cWatch. Your IT team provides access, we do the setup. Reverse vending machines connect through the manufacturer’s existing API, usually enabled with a single request to your account manager.

AI Customer Assistant

Data for the AI Customer Assistant.

The AI Customer Assistant answers customer questions about where a product is, what it costs and whether it is in stock. To do that, it is set up for each store together with your team.

Store layout

You share the store plan with aisles, shelves and zones, so the assistant can guide customers to the right place.

Product data

You share your product list with categories, prices and stock levels, as a file or through a connection to your product or stock system.

Updates

Prices and stock are refreshed on a schedule agreed with you, so customers always see current information.

Endless aisle

To let customers order products that are not on the shelf, the assistant is connected to your e-commerce or order system.

Where your data is hosted

cWatch runs on Amazon Web Services in the Frankfurt region, Germany.

Voice messages and transcripts

Voice messages and their automatic text transcripts are stored for 30 days and then deleted automatically. They are visible only to the people who sent and received them. cWatch staff access them only when your team asks for support with a specific case.

Staff data and works councils

The cDashboard shows response times and task logs per device. Devices are shared and handed out shift by shift, so each device is used by one employee during a shift. In markets with works councils, such as Germany and France, the rollout is usually discussed with them before the pilot, and we support you in that conversation with a clear description of what the system records and who can see it.

GDPR and data processing agreement

cWatch processes your store teams’ data on your behalf, as a data processor under the GDPR. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available and is part of every contract.

Support

Support and certified hardware.

Support

Customer support is available from 8:00 to 18:00 CET by phone and email. Faulty devices are repaired or replaced as part of the subscription, at no extra cost.

Certified hardware

cWatch devices, customer call points and charging stations carry CE declarations of conformity. You can find them in the Help center.
